Our event is slightly different from others for "check in". You will not need to meet anyone or wait in any line as an exhibitor to check in. On the table or at your space on the floor (if you didn't need a table) you'll find a large envelope with all the critical info, lanyards, badges, wristbands, and anything else you'll need.
So simply arrive at your load in time, find your space, PLEASE open the packet and read the info. And you'll be all set.
Our team will be on the floor during set up time walking around to be available. There will also be contact info within the packet too.
The venue DOES have FLAT BED CARTS that we can use for loading in.
Please wear your wristband(s). Lanyards & badges are NOT for admission

PARKING INFO
There are several Parking Garages located around the venue. On our socials we have identified some and they are reviewed below.
STREET METERED PARKING IS Free from Friday at 6 p.m. through Monday at 8 a.m. Please always check your space and the info per meter/ city for parking.
We would not suggest parking trailers street side at the meters during the weekend.
We would NOT suggest parking on the street overnight
If you have a Larger Vehicle or Trailer we have secured only a couple blocks away for us for the weekend. Info & Map is below the Garage options.

**HALL B & C Doors will be exit only, NO ENTRY at all. These doors will have security at them for exit only access all weekend.

TOLEDO MUDHENS TICKETS
The Toledo Mud Hens have games Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Saturday night game is at 7pm and we’ve secured a promo discount for tickets if anyone is interested in attending the game after the con HERE is a promo link for discounted tickets. The Ball Park is literally across the street from the venue and if you have time check out the views of the field from the balcony outside the ballroom on the 2nd Floor (where the cosplay contest and panels are at)
At your space you will find a welcome packet full of info. Also contained in the welcome packet will be exhibitor wristbands and any additional Weekend passes (wristbands) that you may have purchased.
Please wear your wristbands at all times. Lanyards and badges are not for admission, WRISTBANDS = ADMISSION
The Venue and/or Event (Really Cool Comic Con) are in no way responsible for securing merchandise and/or any product(s), items, or any belongings of any kind during load in throughout the day of Friday May 29, 2026 or at any other time
DONATIONS PLEASE - Part of this years prizes for the Kids Cosplay Contest and Prizes for Video Game tournaments we are putting together Prize Packs. If you are a Vendor or Artist and have anything you are willing to donate it would be appreciated, please contact us ReallyCoolCon@gmail.com
NO RE-ENTRY or access to dock load-in doors during the event. No parking in the LOADING DOCK AREA During the event.
You can set up any additional tables, shelving, grid work, or any displays you want within your space.
Reminder, No Soliciting is allowed of any kind
Video Game tournaments will be held in the Jefferson Room outside of HALL A (Jefferson side) entrance
Panels will be held in the breakout rooms on the 2nd Floor
The main stage will again be set up inside the Ballroom on the 2nd Floor
Concessions will again be available on the vendor hall level and the main entrance level. We are working with the venue to provide more satellite vending options around the venue.
